In House Pump Overhauls from ACES
We can return your old pump back into an ‘as new’ condition, utilising all of our in-house procedures at every stage of the process. Our expert technicians follow strict quality control guidelines and our reliability has made us a leading remanufacturer in the industry.
Once we have received your pump it will be disassembled with all dimensions recorded, it is then sent to our specialist cleaning department and inspected for corrosion, wear and wash out damage. We will replace all bearing and seals and inspect the mechanical seal and repair or renew as required.
Once your pump has been overhauled it will be sent to our testing department where we carry out a full inspection ensuring accurate measures of flow and pressure.
All of our In House Pump Overhauls come with a full 1 year warranty against parts and workmanship.
Because we have our own in-house lift and shift team we offer a collect and drop off service creating minimal downtime. We can also commission and decommission if required.

Remanufactured Compressors (often referred to as rebuilt compressors, remanned compressors, refurbished compressors, overhauled compressors) can offer the same (or even better) performance, reliability, and durability as a newly manufactured Compressor. The failure rate of new parts is reduced when using a Remanufactured Compressor because those parts prone to failure are replaced with durable components as part of the Remanufacturing Process. A Remanufactured Compressor is more reliable and may have a longer commercial life than a newly designed Compressor. The resulting Compressor has already been burned-in and field proven.
